The Making of Robyn’s “Indestructible”

I absolutely love the original music video and the idea of a living textile. Along with the colours that get progressively darker throughout the video, it really illustrates the idea of “Indestructible,” that with each person you love, you give away a little piece of yourself when that relationship ends.

If you harbour the anger, upset and regret from each failed romance, you end up poisoning yourself, your body, your soul. In that way, entering into a fresh relationship and learning to love someone new really does take a conscious effort.

I’ve been listening to Robyn non-stop since I saw her at Sasquatch last week. AMAZING. Seriously. Also. I’ve been told that I am “on fire” when I dance. Not to brag BUT. I love dancing. I seriously have so much fun everytime I go. So seeing this video just makes me want to dance even more. AHHHH. SO RESTLESS.
